This has been Sam's phrase for the last 2 days...he says it over and over again!We decided to get out of the house and do something fun yesterday, so we headed downtown to the Zoo. Who needs to do yard work...laundry...housecleaning...well WE DO, but we didn't care yesterday! We went to the zoo when we first moved here but Sam wasn't into it. This time was totally different. He LOVED it. He did tell us that his favorite part was riding the "big carousel". He enjoyed seeing all of the animals that we read about in his books...and see on Little Einsteins and Wonder Pets! Jack had a good time too (he slept almost the entire time) - NICE! :) Sam especially loved the carousel (OF COURSE) and the train ride (except when they went through the tunnel)! Overall, it was definitely a very fun day with my family! Love my boys! Here are some favorite pictures from the day!

Watching the giraffes with daddy! Right now he is looking at the kid next to him whose daddy was letting him sit on the railing. I must have asked Ben a million times to "please don't drop my baby in the exhibit". Pretty sure he didn't need me to remind him of this, but it makes me feel better to say it outloud! Is that a mommy thing...or just control freak thing?

Yep...still wouldn't ride on the animals...he likes to sit in the booth seat! So much like his mommy and daddy when we were little...quite cautious!

oh man, i can't wait to take hannah to the zoo sometime this summer. look at you taking jack too! i'm impressed. that's what i would be a little nervous about. sounds like ya'll had a blast. sam is SO cute!!
