Had to get a close up look at the little puppet stage! He makes this face A LOT! We went to a Puppet Show yesterday at one of the local libraries with our friends, Katey and Alayna. Sam and Alayna have so much fun together. It's really cute that now they recognize each other. Alayna is an absolute doll! She now refers to me as "Sa Mommy"...it is sooo cute! I know that Sam is much more comfortable at the nursery and such because of all his little church friends! So blessed we are!
Anywho, the puppet show was short (thank goodness) and Sam actually sat (or sat...stood...sat...stood) surprisingly well. He was "that kid" that was pointing and yelling "woof woof" when the little dog puppet came out. It was cute and the kids enjoyed it. Afterwards, they played some music, so Sam and Alayna were 'cutting a rug'! Here are a few pictures!

Alayna is leaning in for a hug here. Sam clearly doesn't get it yet and walks away...he has lots to learn! :) Ha! Thought this was a really cute picture of them.

You can't tell in this picture, but they were "bustin' a move" here. Sam does this thing where he runs around with his knees to his chest, then falls down and the ground...and says "Doowwww" (meaning down)! Katey was telling me a story last week at VBS about Alayna doing this new thing where she was dancing around and all of a sudden plops down on the floor. Oooops! I had to confess that it was my child that clearly had been teaching hers some dance moves! Too funny! I'll try to get some video of the "Sam dance" soon.
