The proud papa (aka BaBa)! Do you think he has any idea how wrapped around her little finger he will be? So sweet! Well, I am an aunt YET AGAIN this week!
That is right...ANNABETH JOY HAZLEWOOD was born on Friday, August 15th at 5:05pm. She was 5lbs 14oz and 19 inches long. She was actually not due until September and a bit early (36 weeks), but we are just SOOO thankful that she made it here safely and healthy! They didn't know whether it would be a boy or girl...and we are SOOOO excited that we have a GIRL HAZLEWOOD! It is possible! Go Anita!
The proud parents are Ben's brother, Rob and his wife, Anita....and Miss AnnaBeth has a very proud BIG BROTHER, Jacob (who will be 4yrs in Nov)! Rob called last night and told us the great news. They are so excited and so blessed by this beautiful baby!
Most of you, friends and family know this...and I actually hate to mention because it was such a sad situation, but this baby is truly an amazing blessing and gift from God for Rob and Anita. Last January, they were pregnant and due towards the end of that month and lost a baby girl at 37 weeks. It was such a tragic and unexpected thing that this baby...is such a great example of God doing amazing things in their lives! We are so thankful that they have been blessed with another opportunity to be mommy and daddy to another baby b/c they are just SOOO good at it! :)
We don't have any pictures yet, but Rob said she is beautiful. Jacob told them that "she is so pretty, but not as pretty as you, mommy"! How adorable is that! We can't wait to get our hands on her and love her! CONGRATS to AnnaBeth's (we think this is how they are spelling it but not sure) very proud grandparents...NaNa and YaYa!
This makes three babies this week...Duff and Jenni had baby Meg...our good friends, Matt and Melissa had their third girl, Olivia...and now AnnaBeth Hazlewood born to Rob and Anita. It is a GOOD week!

Congratulations!! You sure to do have lots of nieces and nephews....they are so lucky to have you as their aunt.
