Sam had been talking about Mops being in town...and his teacher (knowing she is a school teacher and wouldn't mind) asked if she wanted to come and be the "mystery reader" one day. Mom was excited and happy to do so. So we went to class last Thursday and mom was able to read a story to Sam's class friends. It was so cute. She did SUCH A GREAT JOB! Clearly, a natural! Loved having Mops here to do that with Sam. We so miss not having our family here...so what a treat to share such a sweet memory for Sam (and me...and I'm pretty sure Mops). He was SOOO happy to show Mops off to his class.
The kids listened really well while Mops read.
