I wanted to get some girls together from church to meet every month or so during the day while the big kids are in school to cook something fun...or maybe just to sit and do nothing but visit, eat breakfast and drink coffee.
Our first gathering consisted of making Pioneer Woman's cinnamon rolls. We did more talking and eating than cooking, but we had a great time! Love these ladies and it's nice to get to visit while the kids are at school so we can actually talk. It seems like when all the kids are there or we go somewhere, no one ever gets to finish a thought, convresation, etc...so this was a nice and relaxing change.
We did another one since and just drank coffee, ate breakfast and chatted in the family room. SO NICE!
Excited to plan another...such great friends!
