Helping YaYa in the yard...of course while holding a "buhbaaawww" (basketball)
Okay, so for the second installment of our two week long trek across Tennessee...brings us to the wonderful, Maryville TN! We stayed with NaNa and YaYa (aka Mom and Dad Hazlewood) and had the BEST time! NaNa and YaYa have a HUGE yard with TONS of room for Sam to play...and PLAY we did. All Sam wanted to do was go outside to play with the "BAAAAAWWWS" (aka balls)! He found every last one that YaYa had in the garage and even busted one of them. We swung in his swing, ran around the yard, bounced/rolled/threw every ball possible, helped YaYa and NaNa in the garden (not really helping...but he was there), got to see Lynne (a dear family friend) and Grandmother Roach, had several baths in the laundry sink (he LOVES it), danced in circles and made himself very dizzy...and so on and so on! Thanks NaNa and YaYa for such a GREAT week!
This is what we did most of the week...played in the yard...and bounced the ball with NaNa and YaYa! What more could a little boy want!
YaYa had to water some plants in the garden...know what that means...WATER FAUCET!!! Sam LOVES water faucets!
Sam has a little swing in the tree, but he wanted to sit in the big swing where mommy and NaNa were sitting!
Bouncing the balls with YaYa!
He's started to enjoy pushing the swing now rather than actually sitting in it!
Helping YaYa and NaNa in the garden...can't wait for all that corn, green beans and everything to come up!
More bouncing...
And more....
YEEEEAAAAAAAHHHH!
After a long day of playing outside...little boys must get clean!
We were also able to squeeze in a quick visit with our dear friends, the Webbs. They have 3 little girls and we played outside for a while with them. So cute those girls!
Posing with Ella in her car! She just recently had major heart surgery at Vanderbilt...and is recovering beautifully...what a blessing! We also were able to spend some fun time with my sister (Aunt Say Say) and the girls! We went over there Tuesday afternoon to play outside...and of course with every ball that they had in their garage. Sara turned the water hose on and this was INSTANT FUN! Sam didn't want to run in the hose spray....but just wanted to stick his hand under the spout where there was water dripping. Oh well...whatever works right! :) We also got to bring sister some lunch on her BIRTHDAY (Apr 30th)...HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAY!
Playing at Aunt SaySay's house. Getting wet from the faucet! It was really hot that day, so it felt really good!
Kennedy was trying to get Sam to run through the sprinkler.
Kennedy was holding the hose so the girls could run through the water!
Having so much fun!
Playing with Emma...and a ball of course!
