Halloween2011

We had a GREAT Halloween this year. Sam REALLY got into it which makes it even that much more fun!

The boys dressed as Buzz Lightyear (Sam) and Pablo (Jack) from the Backyardigans. The boys LOVE the episode where Pablo sings the "Yeti Stomp" song. Jack is so cute...he just sings over and over again..."Domp Domp Domp..." So funny that little guy. We watch that show A LOT! Sam was SO proud of his Buzz Lightyear costume. The light up wings were a hit at his school party.

Anywho, so we continued with our Halloween tradition of going to the Bender's house, eating dinner, and trick-or-treating. We had a great group there this year and I think everyone had a blast. This year, the dads loaded the kids up in the wagons and took them out while the mommys cleaned up and gave out candy to the neighborhood kids...oh and we got to visit in the quiet too! :) Once they all came in some of the kids wanted to go back out, so the mommys took them, so we did get to see them "trick-or-treat".

It was such a fun night...and the boys were asleep in about 2 seconds once they went to bed. Big thanks to the Benders for opening their home to us. They are always the best hosts!

Jack is now gone...but all the other kids are actually looking.  Great job guys!  So cute! 

OHHHHH...this picture.  Sam and his (as he calls her) best friend, Alayna (aka Strawberry Shortcake).  This was during the group pictures and they were just giggling at each other in their own little world.  PRECIOUS!  Thanks for this picture, Katey.  LOVE!

PABLO!  And his ball and bat.  So cute.  This costume cracked me up and he kept it on (hat included) the whole night.

Couldn't get the two of them to actually pose together, so this will do.  Jack is clealry throwing a ball at Sam...one of his favorite things to do.  :) 

Let's go Trick-or-Treating!  Jack and Philip had a blast.

And...my girls!  Ashley, Katey, Leanne and me!  GREAT FRIENDS!  I've missed these girls since we've been gone so much this fall!  It was so nice to catch up!
